Cedric Bixler-Zavala Hints An At The Drive In Song Is About His Wife’s Alleged Rape By Actor Danny Masterson

At The Drive-In‘s Cedric Bixler-Zavala has hinted that a song off the band’s most recent album was inspired by That 70’s Show actor Danny Masterson, who allegedly sexually assaulted the frontman’s wife.

Masterson — who played Hyde in the hit comedy series — is facing rape allegations from four different women, including Mrs. Bixler-Zavala aKA actress and model Chrissie Carnell.

After confirming his wife as one of Scientologist Masterson’s alleged victims on Twitter, Bixler-Zavala went on to say that fans “might wanna go back and re read my ‘nonsensical’ lyrics” off his band’s recent album Interalia.

As NME reports, the singer revealed in an interview earlier this year that the album track ‘Incurably Innocent’ was “a song about sexual abuse and being able to finally speak out”.

The song features the lyric “Marching to the coffins on Franklin Avenue”, which is the location of the Church Of Scientology’s Celebrity Centre in Los Angeles.
