A Colombian man has been arrested for threatening to attack an Ariana Grande concert in Costa Rica. The man, who investigators identified as Caicedo Lopez, allegedly made the threats online. The concert took place without incident on Sunday.
The tragic bombing at Grande’s Manchester concert occurred less than two months ago on May 22.
