Alex Dyson Is Returning To Triple J, As Station Announces 2018 Host Changes

217

Triple j has announced some major changes to its 2018 radio lineup, after longtime Mornings host Zan Rowe announced earlier this week that she will soon leave the station.

For one, Alex ‘Ratdog’ Dyson — who left triple j at the end of 2016 after hosting Breakfast with his mate Matt Okine — will be returning to help out on the Lunch show for the first part of 2018. He’ll be taking over from Gen Fricker as she continues to help out Lewis Hobba on Drive, while Veronica Milsom is on maternity leave.

Meanwhile, former Good Nights host Linda Marigliano will be taking up Zan Rowe’s spot on Mornings (which will still feature Dr. Karl), and Good Nights will be taken over by Bridget Hustwaite. Home & Hosed’s Dom Alessio is also moving on, and is passing his show on to triple j Unearthed regular Declan Byrne.

Triple j Breakfast will remain with the trio of Ben Harvey, Liam Stapleton and Brooke Boney, while weekends will see Karla Ranby present Weekend Lunch and Sally & Erica step into Weekend Arvos.

Triple j‘s 2018 programming will kick off on Monday, 8th January. Check out a handy run-down of all the programs, below.
