Foreigner’s 2018 Summer Tour Comes to SPAC, and Other NY Locations

After their successful 40th Anniversary run, Foreigner has announced plans to once again hit the road in the summer of 2018, with their “The Juke Box Heroes” tour. The 25-plus city tour, will feature special guest, Whitesnake, and Jason Bonham’s Led Zeppelin Evening. Stay tuned to Foreigner’s website for additional shows that will be announced.

Everyone will feel as “Cold As Ice,” when the tour comes through Darling’s Waterfront Pavilion, in Bangor, ME, on June 15, to start the tour off. New York state will see three stops on The Juke Box Heros Tour including, June 16, at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center in Saratoga Springs, June 19, at the Lakeview Amphitheater in Syracuse, and June 22, at the Northwell Health at Jones Beach in Wantagh.

Foreigner was formed in 1976, by guitar/keyboardist Mick Jones, Ian McDonald, and frontman and Rochester native Lou Gramm. Their debut self titled album is certified 5x platinum by the RIAA, while the bands follow up album, Double Vision, is the band’s most successful selling album, and certified 7x platinum. Foreigner is one of the top selling bands of all time, with 80 million albums sold worldwide, and over 37 million albums sold in the United States alone. Foreigner has also released 40 singles throughout their career.
