Woman’s Music Festival Video Goes Viral After Catching Man Slipping Something In Her Drink

A female punter’s innocent festival selfie video has gone all kinds of viral after she inadvertently caught the chilling moment that a man slipped something into her drink.

Kristal Santos was hanging out at a live music event in Brazil’s Espcarpas do Lago when she whipped out her phone and started filming herself and her mate, before panning the camera across the packed crowd.

Little did she know that she’d unwittingly also captured footage of some dirtbag in a black t-shirt, sunglasses and a baseball cap nonchalantly walking up behind her, dropping something in her drink and then sneaking away.

Santos’s mate Jaeda uploaded the sinister clip to Twitter a few days ago, where it’s since racked up an incredible 10.6 million views and 96,000 retweets.

“I’ll never understand how a dude can be so wack with no game and feel the need to be such a disgusting predator,” she wrote. “Ladies watch your drinks!”

Meanwhile, Santos has taken to Instagram to reassure the worried internet that she’s OK and didn’t actually drink from the potentially drugged bev.

“I will explain here to those who are still worried… I did not drink anything from that cup because it was at the end of the party and the glass was already empty,” she wrote in Spanish on her Insta post, adding that she’s glad the clip is reaching a global audience and helping to raise awareness of drink spiking.

It’s unknown whether any legal action has been taken against the man in Santos’s clip.
