Melbourne’s beloved bastion of alternative party vibes Bang! has unveiled the programme for its final ten events before saying so long & goodnight.
ICYMI: the weekly live music bash recently announced plans to shut up shop after 12 amazing years of love, sweat and skittlebombs, prompting a generation of local scene kids to go full emo.
And now, Bang! organisers have revealed what the final 10 Saturdays of good times will hold in, and — yep — they’ll be going out with a ~Bang~
There’ll be some live performances from some absolutely huge acts over the period of Saturday, 16th June to Saturday, 19th August, including the likes of Thornhill, Trophy Eyes’ frontman John Floreani’s solo project Little Brother, Dregg, Earth Caller, Ocean Sleeper, plus reunion sets from Masketta Fall & For Our Hero and loads more.
Theres also a turnt array of themes to get in amongst, including a Playboy mansion party, a winter wonderland snow party, a Warped Tour down under party, one final Harry Potter party, an Emo party with guest DJ sets from Kisschasey & The Getaway Plan and a ‘Black Parade’ final goodbye party to mark the final ever Bang!
