Flight of the Conchords were the musical guest on Monday’s episode of The Late Show With Stephen Colbert. The self-described “almost award-winning fourth-most-popular folk duo in New Zealand” performed a brand new song and sat with Colbert for an interview segment.

Prior to performing “Father & Son,” Bret McKenzie and Jemaine Clement first chatted with the late-night talk show host about New Zealand’s prime minister, who is appearing the show later this week. The duo, whose new HBO special Live at the London Apollo will debut on Saturday, October 6, at 10 p.m. also spoke about fame and what they’ve been up to since their show went off the air in 2009.
