King Buffalo unveil fall tour dates to follow release of new album

197

King Buffalo is currently playing out West, but the psychedelic rock trio just announced plans for another tour for later this fall. They’re out promoting their sophomore full-length album Longing To Be The Mountain, set to release Oct. 12. The tour kicks off with a hometown show at The Bug Jar in Rochester on Oct. 26, and makes its way to Saint Vitus in Brooklyn on Nov. 1 before heading down the coast. Tickets go on sale Friday, Sept. 7.

The Longing To Be The Mountain release may be a month away, but you can see the new video for “Quickening” the first single off the album right now. Preorders are available. The test press and limited Deluxe Edition vinyl are already sold out, but you can still order copies of the record on gold vinyl. An exclusive vinyl variant will only be available at live shows, and is limited to only 500 copies.
