LCD Soundsystem recorded a pair of live tracks at Electric Lady Studios in New York City for the Spotify Singles series. The group’s session included a performance of their cover of Chic’s disco classic “I Want Your Love.”
LCD Soundsystem began with “tonite” from their 2017 album American Dream. Frontman James Murphy also led the group on a performance of “Home” from 2010’s This Is Happening which transitions into Chic’s “I Want Your Love.” The band has regularly paired those two tracks together during their live concerts.
