Nine Inch Nails Presents Live Debut Of 1997 Single At Red Rocks

164

Nine Inch Nails recently kicked off the North American leg of their Cold And Black And Infinite Tour. On Tuesday night the industrial rockers were in Morrison, Colorado for a gig at the famed Red Rocks Amphitheatre that saw them once again dig into their catalog, as they offered up the live debut of a tune that dates back to mid-1990’s.

After serving up a career-spanning set in which they delivered tracks from nine of their studio albums, Trent Reznor & Co. surprised fans with “The Perfect Drug” to open Tuesday’s encore. According to Brooklyn Vegan, it was the first time Nine Inch Nails played their contribution to the soundtrack to David Lynch’s 1997 Lost Highway live.
