Between 2014 and 2015, Snoop Dogg and Jimmy Kimmel teamed up for a very special mini-series called “Plizzanet Earth”. In the series, Snoop narrates his reactions to the wild scenarios in the acclaimed nature documentary Planet Earth while getting high and enthusiastically learning more about the animal kingdom. The videos did so well that an online petition entitled “Get Snoop Dogg to Narrate Whole Season of Planet Earth” gathered over 75,000 to make Snoop’s spots on Kimmel a full-blown series of their own. The people eventually got their wish for more Snoop Dogg nature commentary in the form of Planet Snoop, a web series hosted by cannabis culture and lifestyle platform Merry Jane.
On Tuesday night, Jimmy Kimmel Live! welcomed Snoop onto the show for another highly anticipated edition of “Plizzanet Earth”, in which he provides some amusingly animated commentary on a showdown between a bat and a scorpion captured on an infrared camera.
