On Friday, Willie Nelson will issue My Way, an album featuring his arrangements of songs from the Great American Songbook made famous by Frank Sinatra. The outlaw country legend shared an official music video for his take on “One For My Baby (And One More For The Road).”
Johnny Mercer and Harold Arlen co-wrote “One For My Baby (And One More For The Road)” for Fred Astaire to sing in the 1943 feature film The Sky’s The Limit. Produced by Nelson’s regular collaborator Buddy Cannon and Matt Rollings, My Way includes a total of 11 covers of songs popularized by Sinatra.
