HeadCount and Jim James bring The Future Is Voting Tour to the Helene Zelazo Center For The Performing Arts on the campus of the University Of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in Milwaukee tonight. If you can’t make it to the concert/town hall hybrid in person, there’s an option to watch from home or wherever you have an internet connection.
The Future Is Voting tour stop in Milwaukee is open to the public and will be webcast live via YouTube. Free tickets can be obtained here. Athens City Council member and rapper Linqua Franqa will serve as MC. Jim James and Field Report are each expected to perform. The meeting segement of the evening will feature a non-partisan forum in which political candidates and their representatives have been invited to speak to students and answer questions.
