Tribute To Scott Hutchison Coming To New York City

239

Frightened Rabbit frontman Scott Hutchison died earlier this year at the age of 36. A tribute to Hutchinson entitled “Tiny Changes: A Celebration Of The Songs Of Scott Hutchison” will be held at Rough Trade in Brooklyn on December 5.

Ben Gibbard of Death Cab For Cutie, The National’s Aaron Dessner, Craig Finn of The Hold Steady, Julien Baker and Kevin Devine have each been confirmed to perform at the tribute. The concert will benefit the Scott Hutchison Fund, a mental health charity put together by the late Scottish musician’s family. “The Scott Hutchison Fund has been set up in memory of our beloved Scott. It will form the basis for a Mental Health Charity to be set up fully in the coming months,” Grant Hutchison said in a statement. “We hope to be able to help others the way Scott did with kindness, empathy and hope.” Tickets go on sale this Friday, November 2 at 12 p.m. ET.
