Mumford & Sons recently took part in BBC Radio 1’s month-long Live Lounge series. The English folk-rock act, who are making the rounds in support of their Delta LP, included an unexpected cover during their set by offering up a take on Ariana Grande’s “breathin.”
The quartet teamed with Pêtr Aleksänder and the London Contemporary Orchestra on the track from the pop star’s new studio album Sweetener. Prior to the performance, the band’s frontman Marcus Mumford called Grande “the greatest pop star since Whitney Houston.” Watch Mumford & Sons play “breathin” below:
