Early next year Perry Farrell will release Kind Heaven his first solo album since 2001’s Song Yet To Be Sung. The Jane’s Addiction founder will debut material from the forthcoming record along with his new band Perry Farrell’s Kind Heaven Orchestra on November 30 at Los Angeles’ Teragram Ballroom as part of the inaugural Bill Graham Festival Of Lights.
Joining Farrell in the Kind Heaven Orchestra will be Soundgarden drummer Matt Chamberlain, Jane’s Addiction members Chris Chaney (bass) and Matt Rohde (keys), along with guitarist Nick Maybury and Farrell’s wife and vocalist Etty Lau Farrell. Tickets for the band’s debut appearance go on sale Friday, November 9, at 10 a.m. PT via Ticketmaster. Farrell has also teased that “several Los Angeles music icons” will also sit-in with the band that night.
