102

Trondossa Music & Arts Festival has announced the initial artist lineup for their second annual event, set to take place on Saturday, April 27th and Sunday, April 28th, 2019 at Riverfront Park in North Charleston, SC. As in 2018, Athens, GA road warriors Widespread Panic will headline both days of the festival with two sets per night. In addition, Trondossa 2019 will feature two nights of Umphrey’s McGee as well as performances by The Marcus King BandRainbow Kitten SurpriseCaroline Rose, and more artists to be announced at a later date.

2018’s inaugural edition of Trondossa brought plenty of talent, fireworks (both musical and literal) and collaboration to Riverfront Park including a rocking sit-in by Sturgill Simpson with Widespread Panic on The Beatles‘ classic, “Come Together”. You can watch a clip of the collab below:

With plenty of history between the bands announced on the lineup (i.e. Marcus King has sat in with both Widespread Panic and Umphrey’s McGee in the past), next year’s festival is bound to offer up more exciting moments for the North Charleston crowd.

GA and VIP two-day passes for the 2019 edition of Trondossa Music & Arts Festival go on sale this Friday, November 9th, at 10 a.m. ET. For more information, or to purchase your tickets when they go on sale, head to the event website here.
