Wilco Announces 2019 European Tour

Wilco has announced their first tour dates of 2019, as the band will head to Europe this upcoming June for a seven-night run of shows.

Comprised of Jeff Tweedy, John Stirratt, Glenn Kotche, Mikael Jorgensen, Nels Cline, and Patrick Sansone, the six-piece will begin their brief European tour with a two-night run at Brussels’ Ancienne Belgique on June 12th and 13th, before making stops at Amsterdam’s Paradiso (6/16); Lille, France’s Aeronef Club (6/18); Rouen, France’s Le 106 (6/19); La Rochelle, France’s La Sirene (6/20); and Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain’s Azkena Rock Festival (6/22). Wilco’s only other current scheduled date for 2019 is their previously announced slot at Solid Sound Festival in North Adams, MA, set to take place from June 28th–3oth.

In other Wilco news, frontman Jeff Tweedy recently announced that he will support the forthcoming release of his new album, WARM, with a 2019 spring tour. The 11-song album is set to be released this Friday, November 30th via dBpm Records.
