Last month, Joe Russo’s Almost Dead followed a 2019 tour announcement by confirming Oteil Burbridge would replace regular bassist Dave Dreiwitz at a series of shows in the Midwest scheduled for February. Today, the band announced Dreiwitz will indeed play those shows.
So, to recap, the standard Joe Russo’s Almost Dead lineup of Dreiwitz, guitarists Scott Metzger and Tom Hamilton, keyboardist Marco Benevento and drummer Joe Russo will perform at the shows slated for February 14 – 17. JRAD will begin the run at The Tabernacle in Atlanta on February 14. The five-piece then heads to St. Louis for concerts at The Pageant on February 15 and 16 before concluding the run at The Slyvee in Madison, Wisconsin on February 17.
