Phish will perform three full shows at the 2019 installment of their Phish Riviera Maya destination event February 21 – 23 in Riviera Maya, Mexico. The band dug into its archives to share pro-shot video from the inaugural Phish Riviera Maya in 2016 and also confirmed a pre-show celebration at Madison Square Garden in New York City on December 30 to raise funds for its WaterWheel Foundation charitable arm.

Coming into the first-ever Phish Riviera Maya festival, fans had a feeling the Round Room track “Mexican Cousin” would see action. The quartet finally performed the song to open their third and final night of the event on January 17, 2016. “Mexican Cousin” hadn’t been played since November 2, 2014. Watch pro-shot video of the geographically-appropriate number below:

As mentioned, a pre-show celebration for The WaterWheel Foundation will take place at Madison Square Garden in New York City ahead of the band’s performance on December 30. Tickets to the event include a two hour pre-show with complimentary cocktails and a light dinner, a WaterWheel event poster designed by Jim Pollock, early entrance into the venue for those with GA Floor tickets, access to a private lounge at setbreak and more. You must already be a ticket-holder for the Phish concert to attend the separately-ticketed pre-show event. Tickets for the pre-show go on sale here on Wednesday, December 5 at 12 p.m. ET.
