A third Canadian has been detained in China following the arrest of a Chinese technology executive in Vancouver. Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said on Wednesday it “doesn’t seem to fit the pattern set by the first two,” after former Canadian diplomat Michael Kovrig and businessman Michael Spavor were detained in China last week.
