Singer-songwriter Amanda Shires revealed her involvement in the new supergroup The Highwomen with Brandi Carlile and Margo Price. The fiddle player discussed the new project during an interview that aired on WFPK public radio station in Louisville.
The appearance featured Shires and guitarist Seth Clemens performing songs from the former’s 2018 album To The Sunset. Speaking with host Laura Shine, Shires discussed making the album and her recent work with Jim Lauderdale writing songs for The Highwomen.
