Greensky Bluegrass Starting their Winter Tour in Albany

179

On Thursday, January 10, The Palace Theater in Albany will host Greensky Bluegrass for the first show of their winter tour in support of their upcoming album All For Money which drops January 18.

After 18 years together, the band is still looking to progress their sound, always trying to make their live shows top priority. All For Money is definitely geared towards this goal. Playing up to 175 shows per year over their lifespan, along with six studio albums and a litany of live releases, Greensky Bluegrass embodies more than just music for members Anders Beck [dobro], Michael Arlen Bont [banjo], Dave Bruzza [guitar], Mike Devol [upright bass], and Paul Hoffman [Mandolin]. Truthfully, it embodies an ironclad creative bond, familial brotherhood, and a lifelong commitment to fans. At this point, it goes without saying the band means everything (and more) to the Kalamazoo, MI bluegrass mavericks.

Greensky kicks off their Winter Tour on Thursday, January 10 at The Palace Theatre in Albany, NY, with Circles Around the Sun opening. The band has garnered a strong following in the Northeast and Albany is in for a treat with the tour opener this week.

Tickets for the show in Albany are still available online and at the Palace box office. Stay tuned for the review and photos from the show.
