Emerging country singer and guitarist Margo Price was the featured musical guest on Monday morning’s episode of Good Morning America, where she fittingly provided television viewers with a lively rendition of “All American Made“. The song is the title track of her 2017 studio album, which helped earned the Nashville singer/songwriter a 2019 Grammy nomination in the “Best New Artist” category.
The notable point to take away from Price’s televised performance on Monday was the fact that she enlisted a full band to help her perform what is typically a more relaxed solo acoustic track. The song opens up hot and fast, maybe even too hot, but Price stays on her feet as her trademark soothing vocals come in to join the band 0:25 seconds into the performance video seen below.

Price does her best attempt to channel the classic Christine McVie look for her television appearance with a full black outfit and hat to contrast those long blonde locks of hers. She could almost pass for one of the stylish hipsters from nearby Brooklyn rather than a rising star out of Nashville’s alt-country scene. It almost appears that spending even just a little time in New York City has already started to rub off on her. It’s also worth noting that Price was in NYC last weekend, where she welcomed fans to start their 2019 with herself and Lily Hyatt with a New Year’s Eve show at Brooklyn’s Music Hall of Williamsburg.

Price has a few select gigs lines up for later this month, starting with appearances at an all-star Willie Nelson Tribute Concert at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville on January 12th, and the Outlaw Country Cruise in Atlanta on January 27th. Price recently announced that she’s expecting to give birth to her first child at some point in 2019, so fans should expect for her to take at least some time off from performing as she focuses on starting a family in the coming months.
