Guns N’ Roses frontman Axl Rose appears as an animated version of himself in an upcoming episode of the Boomerang animated online series New Looney Tunes. The episode features the animated Rose performing “Rock The Rock,” which is the veteran rock vocalist’s first new music in 10 years.
The new song appears in a preview of an upcoming New Looney Tunes episode. Rose has not issued any new music since the long-in-the-making GNR album Chinese Democracy finally was released in 2008. As Ultimate Classic Rock notes, recent Guns N’ Roses shows have featured the band taking the stage to the Looney Tunes theme.
