The String Cheese Incident recently celebrated the start of 2019 with a three-set New Year’s Eve show at the 1st Bank Center in Broomfield, Colorado. SCI shared professionally-shot video of the “Colliding” that led into the beginning of the year and featured aeralists and a visual spectacle.

Cheese opened their third set on December 31 with an emotional speech from guitarist Bill Nershi and a group hoot. The sextet then lit into “Colliding.” SCI jammed away as a dancer took the stage for a choreographed performance. Then, wristbands dispersed to the crowd started to glow, creating a wild scene. Inflatable balloons were set off above the audience as the dancer was raised above the stage and twirled on a star-like structure. Eventually, the band began a countdown to 2019.
