Tickets are on sale Friday for the ultimate alt-rock pairing – Beck and Cage The Elephant. Spoon provides support throughout the tour, with Starcrawler, Wild Belle, and Sunflower Bean on select dates. Three New York shows are planned: Saratoga Springs Performing Arts Center on August 12, Darien Lake Amphitheater on August 13, and Forest Hills Stadium on August 17. Tickets are available through Ticketmaster.
Beck won a Grammy for Best Alternative Album Sunday for his latest recording, Colors. He recently joined Cage the Elephant in the studio to collaborate on one of the new tracks from their upcoming album. The fifth full-length album for the band, entitled Social Cues, is due out April 19 via RCA. The first single “Ready To Go” is out now.
