Dave Matthews Band will offer a free download of their December 14, 2018 show at John Paul Jones Arena in Charlottesville, Virginia with every ticket purchased to a 2019 North American DMB show. The free download will be available to redeem via 2019 North American ticket barcodes.
DMB’s first of two hometown shows in Charlottesville last year began with the tour debut of “Big Eyed Fish” and a 15-minute “Bartender.” Opening act Preservation Hall Jazz Band joined the headliners on a mid-set rendition of “That Girl Is You,” which appeared on Dave Matthews Band’s 2018 studio album Come Tomorrow. The concert also featured covers of Aerosmith’s “Sweet Emotion” and Peter Gabriel’s “Sledgehammer,” as well as originals such as “Bartender,” “Satellite,” “#41,” “Don’t Drink The Water,” “Dancing Nancies” and “Grey Street.” The band encored with “Christmas Song” and Bob Dylan’s “All Along The Watchtower.”
