Foo Fighters were scheduled to headline opening weekend at the brand-new The Fillmore New Orleans on February 15 and 16. However, due to a band member injury, the band has delayed their performances at the Crescent City venue until May 15 and 16.
All tickets for the original dates will be honored. Refunds are available at point of purchase until the end of day on Monday, February 18 for those who can’t attend the new dates. “The band apologizes for any inconvenience caused by the rescheduling. They regret that they will no longer be able to christen The Fillmore New Orleans, but promise to bring it in May,” reads a note from Foo Fighters. As for now Coheed and Cambria will be the first to play the new venue, as their show is scheduled for February 18.
