Ghost Light featuring guitarists Tom Hamilton and Raina Mullen, keyboardist Holly Bowling, bassist Steve Lyons and drummer Scotty Zwang will soon embark on a spring tour. The quintet’s upcoming jaunt spans March 20 – April 20 with a few dates and festival appearances to follow. Plus, more dates will be announced soon.
The five-piece kicks off the tour at Vaudeville Mews in Des Moines, Iowa on March 20. Ghost Light then brings the run to Milwaukee, St. Paul, Chicago and Omaha. Next up is a swing through Colorado that includes stops in Frisco, Crested Butte, Boulder and Denver to end March. A busy April starts at Knuckleheads in Kansas City on the 2nd. It’s then off to Texas for performances in Austin, Dallas and Houston.
From there, Ghost Light plays Fayetteville on April 9 and then go back to the Midwest for gigs in St. Louis, Columbus, Louisville, Cincinnati and Nashville. The tour ends in the Carolinas with stops in Charleston, Charlotte and Asheville. Also on the books for the quintet are a late night in New Orleans on April 27 and their return to Brooklyn Bowl in New York City on May 10. Camp Greensky, Summer Camp, The Peach Music Festival and Northwest String Summit are just a few festivals that will host Ghost Light in 2019. Tickets are on sale now.
