Southern jam act JJ Grey & MOFRO will team up with blues guitarist Jonny Lang for a co-bill tour this summer. The first six dates of the tour, which will feature sets from North Mississippi Allstars and Marc Broussard at select stops, have been confirmed with the promise of more to come.
The first date currently on the books will feature NMAS at Avondale Brewing Company in Birmingham, Alabama on July 20. On August 6, JJ Grey & Mofro and Lang will play Denver Botanic Gardens. Then, the two bands pair up with Broussard for stops in Ohio on August 8 in Cincinnati and August 9 in Huber Heights. In addition, JJ Grey & Mofro and Jonny Lang head to Indiana for shows in Fort Wayne on August 11 and Indianapolis on August 18. As mentioned, additional dates will be announced soon.
