Omega Moos Reunite In Detroit: Full Show Video

Supergroup The Omega Moos played an Umphrey’s McGee after show on Friday night at The Magic Stick in Detroit. The current lineup of the cover band, who focus on songs from the ’80s, features guitarist Brendan Bayliss and bassist Ryan Stasik of Umphrey’s McGee along with drummer Nick Blasky and theNEWDEAL keyboardist Jamie Shields. Fan-shot video of the entire set has surfaced.

Omega Moo’s Friday night set began with Billy Idol’s “Rebel Yell.” The quartet jammed the tune into “Masoko Tango” by The Police. Next up was Sugarloaf’s “Green-Eyed Lady” and the pairing of Gary Numan’s “Cars” and “Don’t You Want Me” by The Human League. The quartet continued on with Corey Hart’s “Sunglasses At Night,” Foreigner’s “Double Vision” and “Working For The Weekend” by Loverboy. Omega Moos ended the night by covering “Ladies Night” by Kool & The Gang and The Romantics’ “Talking In Your Sleep.” Watch the full set below thanks to shinepigeon:
