Record Store Day 2019 List Includes Grateful Dead, Jeff Tweedy & More

This year’s Record Store Day will take place on Saturday, April 13. A full list of exclusives available at indepedent record stores has been revealed and includes releases from the Grateful Dead, Jeff Tweedy, Chris Robinson Brotherhood, Janis Joplin and hundreds more.

In addition to the previously announced Sage & Spirit, the Grateful Dead will issue The Warfield, San Francisco, CA 10/9/80 & 10/10/80 in both 2-CD and 2-LP formats. The Allman Brothers Band are bringing Bear’s Sonic Journals: Fillmore East. Feburary 1970 to vinyl for the first time, while Chris Robinson Brotherhood put together a 10″ picture disc of “Dice Game” and “Let It Fall.” Jerry Garcia Band’s Electric On The Eel: August 10th, 1991 is coming to vinyl as is Foo Fighters‘ “Big Me.”

Janis Joplin’s Woodstock performance will be available on vinyl for the first time as Woodstock Sunday August 17, 1969. Plus, The Magpie Salute are going to the 10″ picture disc route for The Killing Moon, Pearl Jam will release Live At Easy Street featuring a live performance at Seattle’s Easy Street Records in 2005, Tedeschi Trucks Band are issuing High & Mighty on LP and Tweedy will put out Warmer on Record Store Day.
