The Claypool Lennon Delirium Share New Music Video For ‘Blood And Rockets’

Back in October, The Claypool Lennon Delirium announced they would be releasing their sophomore album, South Of Reality, following up the band’s successful 2016 debut, Monolith Of Phobos. Featuring Les Claypool and Sean Lennon, at the time of announcement, the duo also released the album’s first single, a sprawling two-movement tune called “Blood And Rockets.”

Today, the Claypool Lennon Delirium has released the official music video for “Blood And Rockets,” no doubt in anticipation of their new album’s full release on February 22 via ATO Records. The music video, which was created by Rich Ragsdale, offers a thrilling, psychedelic visual experience that perfectly complements the song’s narrative. Starting with the song’s first movement, “Saga Of Jack Parsons,” and moving through to “Too The Moon,” the video mirrors the organization of the song, starting out with lighthearted graphics that turn darker as the number continues to unfold.
