Umphrey’s McGee returns to Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado, June 21 – 23. Powerfunk band Turkuaz has been added as the opener for the Saturday, June 22 show.

The run begins on Friday, June 21 with support from Spafford. On Sunday, June 23, Umphrey’s McGee will treat fans to a total of three sets, including a Led Zeppelin tribute with drummer Jason Bonham. John Bonham’s son first teamed with the band at last year’s LOCKN’ Festival. Here’s a look at UM’s Red Rocks history:

The sextet made their Red Rocks debut on July 2 and 3, 2005 as part of The String Cheese Incident’s Big Summer Classic traveling festival. Umphrey’s co-headlined the venue with moe. in 2006 and opened for Gov’t Mule in 2008. On July 3, 2010 the band headlined Red Rocks and has returned each summer since. The run was expanded to two nights in 2016 and three nights in 2017 and 2018.

Tickets for the run are on sale now via AXS.com.
