Celebrate John Bell’s Birthday With A Few Of His Standout Raps From Over The Years [Videos]

173

Happy birthday to John Bell, the beloved frontman for Widespread Panic! Since Widespread Panic’s early beginnings when JB and the band’s late founding lead guitarist, Michael Houser, first met in a dorm at the University of Georgia in 1986, John Bell and his trademark howl have propelled the music of Widespread Panic.

In the three decades since, Widespread Panic has become one of the largest bands in the jam band scene, earning fans across the nation for their tight-laced improvisations, Southern rock roots, and high-caliber musicianship. In celebration of Bell’s 57th birthday today, check out a compilation of some of our favorite JB raps from over the years. Enjoy!
