The first weekend of the 50th anniversary edition of the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival featured performances by Van Morrison, Santana with special guest Trombone Shorty, Bonnie Raitt, Irma Thomas, Foundation Of Funk, Earth Wind and Fire, The Revivalists, Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe, Boz Scaggs and many others.
