Rodrigo y Gabriela contiune to share advance tastes of their forthcoming studio album Mettavolution, which will be released via ATO Records on April 26. The duo have offered up a performance video of the LP’s latest single “Terracentric.”
“‘Terracentric’ is an invitation to look inward, to be a little bit ‘selfish’ for a minute and do what you can for your own sake,” the pair shared with Billboard. “If we all did the same this world would be a very different one. ‘Terracentric’ is the connection with this earth. Reconnecting with the so called reality of our human existence.”
The seven-track effort, the pair’s first since 2014, was produced by Dave Sardy and includes a cover of Pink Floyd’s “Echoes.” Check out the video for “Terracentric,” which premiered on Billboard below:
