Last week saw the end of the three weekend takeover of the Paramount hosted by the Peekskill Brewery.
Friday night brought Brooklyn/Hudson Valley-based Joanna Teters along with Boston’s Hayley Jane and the Primates for two sets of soulful singer-songwriter music and energetic Americana/rock jams that complimented each other quite nicely.
Saturday’s show continued to showcase music from around the area with driving blues-rock from Brooklyn’s Lovehoney and Connecticut’s take on the tradition of New Orleans jazz and street music from Funky Dawgz Brass Band.
