Other artists featured on the event’s inaugural lineup include Big Wreck, Headstones, Honeymoon Suite, Billy Idol, Prism, Peter Frampton, Orianthi, Mathew Good, Theory Of A Deadman, I Mother Earth, and more.

“We are huge fans of live music and wanted to bring an event to Ontario that would deliver a once in a lifetime experience,” ROXODUS co-producer Mike Dunphy said in a statement via press release to go with Wednesday’s announcement. “Our involvement in producing outdoor live events allow us the opportunity to devote our time and passion into creating this legendary festival. We plan to make this an annual event and set the stage for many years to come….we can’t wait for Roxodus!”

The family-friendly weekend event will be open to all ages, and will also provide attendees with a mix of games and rides on the festival grounds. Children under 12 will be admitted into the event free of charge, and discounted tickets will be available to Canadian service members.

Fans can head to the event website for general info and ticket packages.
