Other artists who performed across the three stages at the multi-day event atop the isolated Snowshoe Mountain during what was a perfect summer weekend in Appalachia (aside from some rain on Thursday) included names like The Marcus King Band, Turkuaz, Fruition, Rayland Baxter, and Billy Strings, just to name a few, with Strings even taking the main stage to jam with Umphrey’s and members of Greensky Bluegrass on Saturday night. Marcus King was also a special guest during the event, as he sat in with both Lettuce and Greensky Bluegrass during their respective sets.

The music, in addition to the plethora of outdoor-related activities, provided guests with more than enough ways to enjoy the mid-summer weekend to the fullest. If 2019 was any indication on the future of the new festival, expect 4848 Festival to return next July.
