SunSquabi will continue what has already been a busy year on the road with an extensive run of tour dates throughout the coming fall months, the band revealed on Friday.
Colorado-based hydro-funk trio, which continues to promote the January 2019 release of their biological-themed Instinct studio LP, will pick up their tour schedule on September 6th with the first of two shows at Portland, OR’s Doug Fir Lounge. The tour continues throughout September, October, and November before carrying over into December before finally wrapping on December 21st with a show at the Empire Control Room in Austin, TX.
Notable stops along the band’s fall-into-winter tour routing include a mix of two-night stands at venues including Terminal West in Atlanta, GA (9/13-14); the Asheville Music Hall in Asheville, NC (10/11-12); and Intersection (Elevation) in Grand Rapids, MI (12/6-7) just to name a few. The trio will be joined in support on select dates throughout the tour by Maddy O’Neal, Goose, Cycles, Michal Menert, and Dreamers Delight.
Since releasing Instinct back on January 11th, SunSquabi has spent the winter, spring, and summer months touring with their new batch of material. The band’s next scheduled performance as part of their 2019 summer run will be their appearance at the 10th annual Werk Out Music Festival in Thornville, OH on August 1st.
