The Highwomen Make Television Debut On ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’ [Watch]

On Tuesday night, The Highwomen, a relatively-new supergroup comprised of Brandi CarlileMaren MorrisAmanda Shires, and Natalie Hemby, stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to perform two tracks off of their forthcoming self-titled debut album, which is due out on September 6th via Elektra Records.

For their debut television appearance, The Highwomen worked through the forthcoming album’s lead single, “Redesigning Women”, along with “Crowded Table” as a web exclusive. Carlile, Morris, Shires, and Hemby were joined by keyboardist Peter Levin, Amanda’s husband and guitarist Jason Isbell, and Brandi’s bandmates bassist Phil Hanseroth, guitarist Tim Hanseroth, and drummer Chris Powell.
