Gurkha Treinta

Presented by Gurkha

Smoking a fine cigar after a gut-busting Thanksgiving meal can take Turkey Day to a whole other level. There’s nothing quite like enjoying a quality stogie after you’ve eaten your fill of turkey, stuffing, gravy, cranberry sauce, and scarfed down that second slice of pie. Take our advice and light up one of these excellent Nicaraguan stogies after your epic Thanksgiving feast.

Gurkha Treinta

This cigar commemorates the 30th anniversary of Gurkha Cigars being purchased and revitalized by CEO Kaizad Hansotia. To celebrate this landmark, Gurkha–named after Nepalese fighters who fought alongside the British in the late 1800s–introduced an exclusive 30th anniversary cigar called the Treinta. These high-end stogies are made from the Nigaraguan Aganorsa leaf and are available in three sizes. Gurkha also sells an elegant tin box that houses five Toro Treinta cigars and retails for $67.50 per tin.

The cigars will be available in 21 count boxes in the following three sizes:

  • Robusto (5×52) – $13/cigars (MSRP)
  • Toro (6×54) – $13.50/cigars (MSRP)
  • Magnum (6×60) – $13.90/cigars (MSRP)

Sindicato Particulares

Sindicato Particulares.

One of many premium offerings by Sindicato Cigars, the Particulares’ puro blend incorporates 100 percent Nicaraguan tobaccos, among them being the highly sought-after Aganorsa leaf. Each is crafted at the Casa Fernandez family’s renowned Tabacos Valle de Jalapa factory in Esteli, Nicaragua.

The moderate-strength cigar mimics a classic Cuban profile with roasted, spicy and earthy flavors. Presented in authentic dress boxes of 20 using the original vista artwork, the Particulares also look the part. A variety of sizes ranging from Robusto to Belverederes are available. Find prices at your local cigar retailer online.

“Gurkha’s Treinta and Sindicato’s Particulares are both mild very enjoyable cigars that will enhance your meal whether you have an early Thanksgiving lunch or late Thanksgiving dinner,” Gurkha CEO Kaizad Hansotia tells us.
