Phil Lesh‘s return to the stage will come one day earlier than expected. Lesh, guitarists Stu Allen and Lebo (Dan Lebowitz), multi-instrumentalist Jason Crosby and drummer John Molo will play Terrapin Crossroads’ Beach Park on New Year’s Day.
The Grateful Dead bassist had previously announced and tickets sold out for a performance at Terrapin’s Grate Room on January 2. Phil has been out of action since August while he underwent and recovered from back surgery.
Tickets for the January 1st show at Terrapin, which is scheduled to start at 2 p.m., are on sale now via the venue’s website.
