Grace Potter shared the video for her song “Back To Me.” The visual features Lucius vocalists Jess Wolfe and Holly Laessig.
Potter released “Back To Me” as one of the singles off her 2019 solo album, Daylight. Laessig and Wolfe contributed vocals to four of the 11 songs on Daylight, which served as a follow-up to Potter’s 2015 solo debut, Midnight.
“‘Back To Me’ came in a complete, finished thought,” Potter previously told Esquire. “I was listening to [Ann Peebles’s 1973 song “I Can’t Stand The Rain”] and just starting to feel like, oh man, I wanna go there. I want to have one of those songs that just slaps you in the face, but in such a sumptuous way that you can’t help but dance to it, even though it hurts.”
