Oteil Burbridge confirmed tour dates for a short spring run of Oteil & Friends concerts. The Dead & Company bassist will be joined by longtime ARU band mate Jeff Sipe on drums as well as guitarists Scott Metzger and Eric Krasno, multi-instrumentalist Jason Crosby, vocalists Lamar Williams Jr. and Alfreda Gerald, percussionist Weedie Braimah and a horn section of Jennifer Hartswick and James Casey for the West Coast tour.
The jaunt begins at Revolution Hall in Portland, Oregon on March 31. Oteil & Friends then play the Neptune in Seattle on April 1, Eugene’s McDonald Theatre on April 2 and The Warfield in San Francisco on April 3. An appearance at Skull & Roses follows. Tickets go on sale this Friday, January 31 at 10 a.m. PT.
