Tanya Tucker and Brandi Carlile performed at the 62nd annual Grammy Awards, which were held last Sunday at Staples Center in Los Angeles. Official video of their collaborative rendition of “Bring My Flowers Now” has been posted.
The 61-year-old Tucker won the Grammy Award for Best Country Song for “Bring My Flowers Now.” The outlaw country legend who had her first hit as a teenager also won the Grammy Award for Best Country Album for While I’m Livin’, which was co-produced by Carlile and Shooter Jennings. Carlile and her band mates, Phil Hanseroth and Tim Hanseroth, co-wrote “Bring My Flowers Now” with Tucker. The wins were Tucker’s first Grammy Awards of her career.
