Guitarist Cory Wong unveiled the official video for Elevator Music For An Elevated Mood track “Restoration.” Saxophonist Dave Koz appears in the video just as he does on the track.
“Restoration” also includes contributions from keyboardist Kevin Gastonguay, drummer Petar Janjic, bassist Kevin MacIntire and a horn section of Sam Greenfield, Ian Gray and Matt Salazar. Cory and Koz connected after Wong posted a pair of videos to YouTube professing his love of horn player, specifically talking about Dave Koz & Friends At Sea. “During every show I’ve done this past year, I’ve talked about how crazy it is that a guy has his own cruise that goes in different parts of the world every year, and it sells out before he even announces who is going to be playing on it,” shared Wong in a statement when their first collaboration came out. “He didn’t know when he was practicing his pentatonic scales in 6th grade that he’d be where he is today…or did he?! I’ve been trying to connect with Dave Koz to play on his cruise and get out of Minnesota this winter.”
