Pitchfork Music Festival Confirms 2020 Lineup

The 2020 Pitchfork Music Festival lineup includes headliners Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Run The Jewels and The National. Commemorating 15 years, the event returns to Union Park in Chicago July 17 – 19.

Yeah Yeah Yeahs will perform on Friday, July 17 along with Angel Olsen, The Fiery Furnaces, Waxahatchee and more. The Fiery Furnaces’ set will mark their first live performance since 2011. Saturday, July 18 will include performances from Run The Jewels, Sharon Van Etten, Twin Peaks, Thundercat, Cat Power and others. The National are part of a lineup for Sunday, July 19 that also includes such acts as Kim Gordon, Phoebe Bridgers, Big Thief and Yaeji.

“For the 15th anniversary of Pitchfork Music Festival, we’re excited to showcase musicians who have been formative to our readers and pivotal to their respective communities,” noted Pitchfork editor-in-chief Puja Patel in a statement. “It’s in Pitchfork’s DNA to seek out rising talent and the best new music out there, and this year’s lineup exemplifies that across all three days.
